This spans everything from crisis management advising; to representing government officials facing agency investigations; to counseling colleges, universities, and academics on a range of issues including campus unrest, free speech concerns, Title VI and Title IX investigations, and disputes related to or arising out of academic studies and scholarship.
Offering strategic counseling for active cases, on everything from high-level strategy to targeted brief writing needs.
Preparing discrete legal analyses, including vetting potential causes of action and undertaking blue sky analyses to find creative ways to meet client needs ; assessments of changes in case, statutory, or regulatory law; and evaluating alternatives to litigation where clients may be best served by advocacy outside the courtroom.
